    So if I am correct they are doubting the reserves Tether is holding?

    Just checked and the rumors seem to be that Tether is printing (fake) money.

    Tether uses fractional reserve banking essentially. Tethers auditor cut ties with them, which basically means there is a problem with the audits....

    IF (or when rather) tether fails, we will see a pretty big crash across the whole market.
