    Paypal Charge back?
    I recently bought two accounts from a site and both have been recovered, I was given replacement accounts which were also recovered. My question, is how would I go about getting a refund? I've read some about the buyer protection but not much. It was not stated as "virtual" under category, but "entertainment."


    I've read on here that I can win the dispute since they didn't ship me anything? Any help or suggestions are appreciated

    Was it this site? if so you should report them in the RAS section. How to Report a Scammer; Report Templates + Video Tutorial
    But yes you could try and say that the item wasn't delivered as intended.
