~~Ban for 'Macroing'+Jagex is sad~~

Well, who doesn't know, I was playing Runescape peacefully on my account (djoscar) , getting 99 fletching (nearly 95 it was then), I was happy with it because I had only 7 membership days left and I thought I will get 99 fletching , throw a little party and it'll be just enought membership days left for that.. After that I thought I'll do a little break for a week or so..I bought enough supplies for 99 fletching and then *BOOM* I suddenly logged out. Well obviosly, Connection lost I thought. 'Your Account has been disabled...'
'- Nooooooo!!', Jagex rulen a dream of mine (A sarcastic smile).
As I checked my 'Appeal an Offence/ban' section.. 'You are banned for 10 more days'. Wastemen!!! For what?! What else if not, rule 7 - Macroing... I couldn't believe that, well If it's for RWT, I wouldn't mind, I've done RWT'ing.. But now! Macroing, that's too much...
As fast as I could, I wrote an Appeal saying that 'Customer support made a mistake' (they surely did). 24 hours gone... Pending....another 24 hours gone...Still pending... Then after few more hours I finaly saw something not pending on there, how ever, it was not what I was expecting... Denied.
As I click on 'Why' button to see, well obviosly to see Why?!!! I see a very interesting thing they wrote...:




Their explanation why It was denied has no point...
And I am 99% sure that they didn't even looked at it, it was pending for a lot of time and some macro done it for them, denied my appeal automatically...
This probably always appear when your appeal of 'Someone else had access to my account' is denied.. And if they have evidence that I WAS IN THE CONTROL OF THE ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF THIS OFFENCE, then for god sake, it means I was controling account, not some Third-Party software and my appeal should be successful :|

Further more, isn't that Jagex, that uses Third party software to answer probably all of our messages throught the message centre? All they do is record some words like: 'took my stuff, hacked me, banned, mutted, locked, item' and stuff like that and after you write something to them for example 'My account is locked, hacker went on it and took all my items as well as did some offences'. You will probably get something written, I can't remember exacly what they write but.. 'We will not retrieve the items you have lost, If you are banned, muted or your account is locked, please read articles in 'Customer support' section. If your account is banned, create another one.' And stuff like that, oh yea, when you mention keylogger they tell you to install some anti malware, virus, keyloggers software.
So they've done it that their computer, when someone writes them a message willing for good answer automatically detects words such as ban, mute, lock, item, keylogger etc. and writes sentences created for them..
Well.. Isn't that macroing as well?
Lol, I remember when I wrote something to them when my account was locked and the reply I got was so confusing, It had absolutely no point, it didn't even matched my question lol

Well, at least you only banned for 10 days instead on forever.
But ya, I think they do macro with appeals.

 

Jagex is so gay. So hypacritical. (idc about spelling and meening)

I got the exact saame deny msg, word for word.
ive seen alot of screenies tahat totaly proves they dont read the msgs.
They are Fing lazy and Sad.

Pff we all know this, your not the first to be treated like this.

 

For 1. You have your name displayed on sythe, maybe a J-Mod on Sythe see's you and sends in a ban...2. You were probably on for a ridiculous amount of time in one log in. 3. You might have done something else with the same IP related to Macroing.
