Hi I'm levihall, I was hacked in the previous 6 months and I'm trying to get my account back in good standing. I have already figured out why my account was hacked, and have changed all my info with that address aka changed passwords and have failsafe setup in ase of I get hacked again. I was dumb and used the same password for 90%of my accounts which was stupid of me. I honestly have no other idea what to put here to start the process. I didnt have 2fa on my account because i thought i would never get hacked but...

Are you able to post from a home IP rather than a mobile IP?
Also, please provide some more information to your account, such as previous ISP/IPs and locations you've posted from.
When was the last time you posted on Sythe.org?

Wow account ilvl381 Frost dk (6/7HM prenerf) - Are you able to tell me where you were located and what ISP you were on when you posted this thread?

Also if you can, please screenshot your original welcome to Sythe.org email that will be in the original email that you signed up to Sythe with.

Quick question I work out of Chicago area is this gonna be an issue? I can connect to my offices internet but as for home internet that would be in April around Easter if my dad still hasn't went crazy and decide he doesn't need internet haha. I don't know if it is possible to get people I previously traded or bought services can confirm it's me or not. But I still have t1no on Skype as well as PayPal receipts with him dating last year and one a year or two before for his league of legend ranked games

 

Yes, please try and provide as much information as possible, as what you've given so far wouldn't be enough to recover the account.

 

Alright thanks for all your help, I've forwarded your information on to an Admin and they'll review it as soon as they can.

However, before they can accept a recovery request, you'll need to post from a home IP, not a mobile.
