A Few problems in creating my private server

Well, I have started making my own private server a few days ago...
And there seems to be some bugs with what I am doing ^^

First off, I am using Project 16 as my source.

The Bugs I am encountering :

- When I edit the "Project 16" to "My private server name", it does NOT change it in game when I log in.

- Certain commands do NOT work k), etc. even after they have been declared in the notepad text.

- When certain skills are used, it just logs me out

- Other players cannot join my server

- My No-IP doesn't seem to help change the ip address of the server

- Other players / Myself cannot access the server through Silab, It only works through Mopar, and I would like to use Silab

- I cant declare admins / owner / mod for my server

If anyone could help me with these, it would be highly appreciated

 

I'm sure for the title changes, i've changed everything in the text format...
Not sure what else to do for that :S

still struggling in all other problems as well

 

Have you tried Re-Compiling it yet?
