Possibly Hacked

Hi, I just tried logging into my Sythe account to leave a vouch and I was apparently banned and it says the reason was I was possibly hacked. I was hoping to get an unban and reset my password. Thanks.

• Provide current e-mail address
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present
• If you have donated directly through PayPal
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

 

Everything seems to match up. I have let an Admin know that your recovery is ready for review.

 

Please give me a new email to add to your account and a virus scan screenshot.

Email has been changed and a pw reset link has been sent to that email. Please check spam/junk folders as well. Let me know when you've reset your password so I can unban you.

 

I received an email but it didn't contain a password reset link, it was just a new password so it was already reset. Can I get the unban and when I log in I'll change the password. Thanks.

Same thing as the last email, I received an email with a password in it but it wasn't a request to set a new one.

 

Please check junk/spam as well. I will send a third request. I'll place a DNT for now while you change it.

 

Here's a screenshot of the emails I've been receiving. They have passwords in them but they aren't requests to create a new password. If I try logging in with the password given in the email I still get the message saying I'm banned.

You are not banned anymore, I unbanned you yesterday and placed a DNT while you secure your account.

 

Thanks for the help. How would I go about getting the 'Do Not Trade' removed? I changed my password and added two-step authentication to my account already.
