Anyone know what this could be?

So some random person added me on skype and I added them thinking they were from sythe. What do you think this was someone trying to dox or someone try to sell cams for "fun". What do you guys think it was.

 

Yeah I would definitely ignore them if you don't know them. Could try to dox, RAT or do other malicious things to you.

It's a chat bot, ive seen them around for years, won't try to rat you will just link you to a fake pornographic livestream where you'll be asked to pay money, just ignore it and unfriended it.
