    Had a bad experience trying to buy gold from this site a week ago. I've bought gp from many of these big gold selling sites and never had an issue before. I paid 55,26$ for 45M rs07 gold but it was never delivered. I contacted the chat after the purchase, the chat worker was very slow, I waited ~30 minutes and asked few times if everything was okay. He replied "please wait a minute" a couple of times and eventually was ready to deliver the gold.

    He told me that I needed to redirect him the paypal receipt from my e-mail, I couldn't do that as I didn't have access to the 10-year-old e-mail that my paypal was linked to. I took a screenshot of the receipt from the paypal website instead, he told me that this wasn't enough. I asked the chat worker for my money back, he told me to submit a ticket. At this point almost an hour had passed and I needed to leave for work, I submitted a ticket later that day.

    I haven't been able to check the ticket until now as I've been busy with IRL stuff. Seems like they replied 5 days ago "Has this been resolved yet?" and closed the ticket soon after. Assuming it has been resolved as I didn't reply, I guess. I tried to ask the chat for help just now, they told me that they can't help with it and I should ask again in 5 hours. I'm hoping (and confident) that this will be resolved today and I could get the gold I paid for or my money back. I'll update this when that happens.
