rolled a double and landed on dclaws.... not even 1pair of dclaws given .... this was not long after i landed a double 10m roll...... hope king contacts me soon and repays me. Because at first customer support said they did not know what happened untill i screenshotted my win and they came out with the "item shown may not be item won.

why did live chat say they did not know why at first for my double 10m osrs and would send a support ticket to you? why was it only in every box i opened after that had a reroll or respin that showed a different item?

 

as seen in my video the item is only changed during a reroll or double.

 

and my internet speed is over around 220 up 12 down if you would like to see that so there would be no problem there

i have my video also showing any reroll or double is automatically changed.... but every other box stays the same as rolled? very sketchy

 

also he would not allow me to buy more to record how they are cheating people. had my order in since last night.

@king tijn 2 - After reviewing the evidence, it seems like there is a glitch/bug in your website. You should try doing some rolls yourself and checking it out. @ 5 minutes into the video, it shows that he got double fury but all double items show up as dragon bones. I'm unsure as to whether you're tricking people or this is a glitch.



It seems the accept button only comes up once it has landed, and his rolls seem legit.

 

it happens every reroll or double, as gilded scim turned into a necklace that was worth less than the scim in the vid aswell
