Giving habbo rares for runescape leveling

Hi.

I am looking for a legit runescape power leveler. I have seen RS gold sites and I am not interested in paying cash to have my character leveled. My character is not a high level, and if you are looking to hack me I assure you you will not be getting much.

Basically I want you to post your price per level .. using hc values .. the cheapest, most legit, and least sketchy will be chosen.

This is for either habbo.ca or habbo.uk. I have plenty of rares on both sites.


The leveling I need done is ONLY combat. Strength and Attack mostly.

 

1.0 per level, when it gets to about 45 it's going to be 2.0
