    Hi Chloe,

    It seems like you can lock my previous threads now :) Found an old phone, went and bought a charger for it to see if I could find my old number for you; turns out I had a backup code saved in it's text message drafts!

    Thank you very much for your help anyway. Am I able to change my settings etc to change my SVU phone number? And to perhaps disable then re-enable 2FA for my new phone?
