Teh Justin here with yet another update log for the players to read then enjoy ingame afterwards. Today we have many new exciting releases that will make certain aspects of the game more worth investing time into not to mention offering brand new never before seen RSPS Updates! Let's jump into it.


The Mystery Box Revamp (one of my favorites):

Are you tired of grinding countless hours for mystery boxes and then just giving up due to the process feeling pointless or are you not even putting any time into even thinking of getting a mystery box? Worry no more! I have took many steps today to make sure that mystery boxes are now widely obtainable in a variety of effortless ways!


The Loyalty Store now offers:

Regular Mystery box @ 1,000 loyalty points
Super Mystery box @ 2,000 loyalty points
Legendary Mystery box @ 3,000 loyalty points

Mystery Box New Drop Rates as follows:

Regular Mystery box: 1 in 65
Super Mystery box: 1 in 110
Legendary Mystery box: 1 in 150

The "Mystery Box Dropboost" Ticket is now obtainable from the vote store! Spend only 1 voting point to increase your chances of getting mystery boxes up to 25% more common! To get a clearer image, the normal mystery box is 1 in 65, it becomes 1 in 48 when you use the ticket. The ticket lasts for one hour.


Prestige Award System Modifications:

In the past, the action of resetting your prestige proved to be meaningless. This is no more! You can can now reset your prestige with a PURPOSE. By resetting your prestige, you will gain 5,000 prestige points. After this initial reset, you will be gaining 5,000 prestige points + 1000 prestige points per prestige reset you do. In other words, by resetting your prestige, you will make it possible for yourself to receive this all new prestige reward shop item called Icy Whip gloves.



The Icy Whip Gloves are only permitted to be used when wielded in combination with an Icy Whip. Why is this worth resetting my prestige for?? Well, when you wear these gloves with an Icy Whip you achieve a melee weapon greater then the likes of a Tri Whip by 15 strength levels and let's not forget the Icy Whip has a built in critical hit special effect. Yes fellas, this whip and glove combination is end game content and will be a tough grind to get. If you can acquire and combine the several exp multipliers in-game to level your prestige, the icy whip gloves should be yours in no time. The Icy Whip Gloves are 150,000 prestige points.

The Reward Shop Revamp (some really cool stuff):

It has come to my attention that reward shops such as the annihilation store, the loyalty store, and the slayer shop needed some new prizes added to them. I came up with a solution.

New annihilation store Reward - Amulet of Valor:



cost: 650,000 annihilation points

Special Effect: Every 4-5 mins, melee damage from bosses and other monsters will be reduced by half power.

Why is this Item Worth getting?

This amulet is currently the best amulet in-game. It's special effect makes it efficient against monsters that deal large amounts of damage.

New Loyalty store Reward - Veteran Wings:



Why is this Item Worth getting?

These wings are currently the strongest pair of wings available to F2P. The Wings provide stats in-between the Wyvern Wings and the 50B+ Donator Wings available from the baller store.

cost: 60,000 loyalty points

New Slayer store Reward - Manic slayer helm:



cost: 700 slayer points

Special Effect: The Helm provides up to 20% damage increase for slayer tasks

Why is this Item Worth getting?

This helm offers stats similar to a torva full helm and the special effect it has against slayer monsters make it ideal at having an edge for the Slayer skill.


other fixes:

ckeys are now 450 loyalty points
mystery box drop messages were added
after 3 prestige resets you cannot obtain low level prestige rewards anymore
member ticket removed from prestige store
icy whip made 25k prestige points
drop rate from previously achieved 30 prestiges will now stick when resetting to 0 prestige
mole npcs and other npcs with safespot protection dont bug out and heal without properly being triggered to
all op raid items reduced by 35% power
ring of critical melee name fixed (use to say 24 hour use but the item doesn't degrade anymore)
fixed cooking ranges as bank on minimap

One of my favorite RSPS out so far. New to the community myself but I am drawn in.

 

I just recently started playing this server, and i already love it Im new as i just said, so i dont know very much about the server, but im sure its a really good server when i have played a while.

 

A very good server. What kept me interested is the prestige system and the boss variety

 

This is by far the best server I have played over the years. Willing to donate as soon as I am able to. Keep up the good work guys.
