Buying level 100 account

Hey I'm looking to buy a account that's at least level 100 (for med BH crater).
I would like it not to have recoveries, for I am buying for 60 usd, 75 if you go first. I want it to have high of any or all of Range, Mage, or Str, if str then atleast 60 attack.
