Price Check LVL 3 OSRS Skiller

Wondering what I can get for my lvl 3 OSRS skiller account. I am aware I don't have a big reputation on here which will effect what I can get, but I'll be accepting Paypal too meaning if something ever happened to the account they would be able to dispute for their money back. So I'd still like realistic price checks please.

These are the price checks I would like:
Price check of account with the current levels
Price check of the account if I were to train all non combat skills (except Slayer) to atleast 70.
Price check of account with above done + making it a 1 def pure fully quested

I've also been thinking about turning it into a pure as pure accounts seem to go for a decent amount even when they aren't maxed and don't have nice skilling stats either, so I could make this a pretty awesome pure account. I don't want to turn it into a mid level main as I feel I wouldn't get as much for it as I would for a decent skiller/pure. What would you suggest?
