Paypal Limited

Hi, I recently received a payment into my paypal for about $2000 and 5 minutes later paypal limited my account and posted that the transaction was " not following their user agreement " and that they would no longer offer me paypal services. They also said my account is locked from transfer for 180 days and that this is not appealable

has anyone experienced this and is there anything I can do about it?
