Explanation of the trade: I offered 22-30mil in Neopets ETS for: Cherry Blossom Garland (Neopets)
How they scammed: They purchased $12.50 from me, then offered to trade an item for more ETS. After offering the 22-30mil (depending on what they value each item), they disappeared without sending it to me. I messaged several times while they were still online, No response and then they logged off.

I was very confused by this user. Had successfully paid me for $12.50 in items so far over the past few days. Then scams me. Errrrr

 

I've placed a DNT on him for now. @Gownofnight Can you pay out the rest of the items please?

 

Having wifi problems at the moment! There is no intention to scam I've bought from the buyer before

If the buyer could wait until Monday when my wifi will be back to normal and can use my proxy

I do apologise for the delay but will sort on monday

hopless scammer thread: Reporting: Hopless

This user is the same user as: Hopless
This person has several accounts and scams allot. Turns out they are using stolen paypal accounts. I can upload any screen shots needed. There a quite allot. Paypal, skype, and messages here.

The user Hopless used STOLEN paypal accounts to buy products from me under the these usernames:

hopless
gownofnight

After being scammed by hopless using @gmx emails and paypal reversing the payments, I checked back to the email that was used to buy things from me by "gownofnight". It is the same exact email for 1 payment, and a different @gmx email for the other payment. I am not sure how many accounts this person has but this is all within a few days. I imagine this person keeps getting banned and just makes new accounts, uses stolen paypals to buy stuff so they look legit, then try and get you to go first for a bigger transaction or just reverse all the payments.
