Has there been a decision or not? (Reposted)

Well I'm pretty sure after the month and a half with no defniate answer on weather or not I will remain banned for suspision of scamming. So no actual answer after this long doesn't look good to me. So I'd just like to know if this is the end of the road for me or not?
