What's the issue? I am very confused. I have not been that active lately.

 

Please respond to @Maxedrs3gainz regarding the zerker account you sold him as he is no longer in possession of the account.

 

I am trying to get in touch with him on Skype but I think we are on two different time zones, that's why I am not able to talk with him. He skype me 1am...

When I sold him the account I gave him all the info I had on the account. Some of the information might have changed during the time he had the account? "Have you ever moved house? no" etc, Should be yes by now.

 

He has requested you recover this account for him - [Donor][Trusted][3B+ TRADED] Selling my Zerker!. Please let us know when you have recovered this account and it is back in his possession.

 

We have the same information. I guess I could try but it'll be with the same information that is sended on Skype. As I said, some information have changed.

 

If you are the Original Owner of the account you should always be able to recover it. Please let us know how it goes.

I'm talking with him on Skype atm. I did a recovery, waiting for the results.

 

How long does it take to get the results?

 

Can take a while sometimes, usually done within a couple of hours though.

Can a mod help us?

 

@Ponken what you'll need to do as original owner is contact Jagex support here: Support. It's possible that the account may be unbanned as it (hopefully) wasn't the original owner of the account in possession of it while the offense occurred. I would start by submitting a request there and we'll see what we need to do once we receive a response.

Can someone please help me with the support? I entered the login emails and in-game name that I've got from @Maxedrs3gainz. When I click "account banned" it takes me to the recovery account screen.
