    Hello, cred

    Do you know your 2FA back-up code? If so; you can use this as a master key to unlock your account. When you are prompt to enter in your 2fa code you can instead enter in your back-up code.

    Please provide your current e-mail address as I will hide it before anybody can see.
    Also I can see a recovery number was set, would you know what this is?

    2fa removed.

    Please re-add 2fa to your account and secure the one-time use code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again.
