Now i know there are quite a few defense guides out there but i think my version is a lot easier to understand has better methods. Anyway thats my opinion i would like you to also rate this, thanks

Also for some strange reason i couldn't save it in a word file, word pad so it's in a little rubbish notepad. Ill try fix this so it looks a bit more advertising for people
