(side note when he meet me in game earlier when I was on * ** i was in full bandos and *** the account he is claming to have wanted to buy is 13 defense)

1. he paid me in XRP
2. Then I sent him the pw change first.... to check the account!
3. I sent him the login details
4. 15 mins later i sent him email change to finish the trade.
5. He completes email change
6. 45 mins later he comes back saying this is not the account i paid for i wanted *** (without the space)

He is now arguing and demanding a full 500$ refund post sale (he has full access to the account + email)
he has enough information to pass a manual recovery
I can no longer sell this account and be confident it wont be recovered.

Yes I am a banned user, but I have repaid my victim and really did want to return to this site which is why I pardoned. I am not a scum but earlier incidents, rulings and quick decision making from staff has tainted my name.

Today has been awful, I have been booted of a rental scam (the report was closed, but I will repost another report tomorrow entailing more detail) & also I have run into major mess with Chuckle. This repo

There are 3 issues that I am reporting Chuckle for in his unwillingness to come to a resolution I deem fair.

1) Account sale - I was sold the wrong account and ask for a full refund. I offered to take 70% but him declining my very polite offer is now off the table as I know for a fact Chuckle is in the wrong
2) Primordial boots stolen of my account, to which Chuckle protests his innocence.
3) I want a refund for the stats not completed in an skilling order due to issues I have run into with Chuckle

1) Account sale

I contacted chuckle earlier to purchase an account for $500 (357 ripple was sent to him)

There has been some misunderstanding on Chuckles side. I specifically asked for the account ***, I was under the impression he owned this account. Why?Gyazo - ef716dccb9702e605498cb61f66a888b.png , he stated to trade GP to that specific account ***.
I checked the account, ***, on the high scores and saw a 13 defence, 99 farming, 99 str, range, 90 herb, 90 construction pure. The very account he said to trade ***.

I wanted the account *** under the impression he was the owner of the account. He however sold me an account, which I consider, is worth $200. I did not want the account * **. I stated numerous times ***. Though it is unfortunate he misunderstood, it his own wrong doing.

In his report he says the following;

• he paid me in XRP

• Then I sent him the pw change first.... to check the account!

• I sent him the login details

• 15 mins later i sent him email change to finish the trade.

• He completes email change

• 45 mins later he comes back saying this is not the account i paid for i wanted *** (without the space)

I want to mention the account password link was given first. 30 minutes later I was given the log in (I couldn't have logged in without knowledge of the login). 22 minutes later I was given the email change link. (During this time, I went to reply to a report I has posted on Sythe, the time stamps will show this; though this is irrelevant I will show you in what context it may be deemed useful). A few minutes later I inform chuckle he has sold me the account. During these few minutes I had set up the authenticator and deleted the email change messages in game.

Chuckle emphasises the account is no longer secure, which is an exaggeration beyond means. An account is insecure only if I have earliest 3 passwords (no information was provided to me, not even one password), membership payment details needed for a recovery (I have none), creation details; specifically ISP and country account was created) and also recovery/payment emails etc. To which I have 0 info, meaning the account is impossible for me to recover. I also have not played a single minute on the account.

A) No one will pay $500 for this account
B) I specifically said ***, numerous times.
c) Chuckle himself said ***
D) I own a 2150 total account, why would I want to purchase a much worse main?

On this basis I want a full refund of my 357 ripple.

2) Primordial boots stolen of my account, to which Chuckle protests his innocence.

I put 100m in gear for some training to be done on yet another high level main. Primordial boots were missing.

3) I want a refund for the NMZ service I paid for

I am fed up with Chuckle. I have been wronged by him. His negligence, his lack of care and his greed for money is what has made me file this entitled report. I was open to negotiating before but I place the decision in the hands of moderators. Prior to this, I wasn't cool headed. (Pokole, you wait, you are next)

I paid a total of 182M for a service which I want stopped and refunded due this nuisance. I will do the calculations if moderators deem I am entitled to.

I haven't had the account the whole day, I haven't logged in since. I asked for your email a number of times because I knew you would say this bullshit. You say you are a number one account seller, but your wild statements dont reflect that. I have had this account in my possession for less than 4 hours. This account remains secure and your over exaggerations will not help. Skype reply and tell me the email to change the email over as you are the one who caused this mishap. Why offer to buy back at 60%? Lost for common sense at the moment? Nevertheless this is your problem, I stated I wanted ***, you misled me to believe you had the account ***.

Ok, after much deliberation this is what I and another staff member have settled on:

1) Account
It is kutnkill's responsibility for the mistake which he made, confusing chuckle's account * ** for ***. Although chuckle originally stated that kutnkill should trade ***, there is enough reasonable verification that * ** is the account he was referring to. Not only did he state it was a ranged tank which *** couldn't be, the fact that kutnkill traded * ** should be enough verification for chuckle to assume he meant * **.

Another way to look at it would be this way. If I were trading veng and I told him to trade "123456" at Lumbridge world 15, then veng comes and sees "12345 6" at Lumbridge world 15. He asks me if we're trading and I say yes. At the end of the trade, I say he traded the wrong person and log out. The evidence present would lead me to be banned - it is reasonable for "typing/text purposes" that I meant 12345 6. The fact it looked like I was trying to save time by typing it out like that would not lead to any difference in responsibility. Likewise, chuckle referring to his account here as *** doesn't change the fact that kutnkill saw and traded * **. It was perfectly reasonable for chuckle to assume kutnkill was referring to * **.

As such, we have ruled that kutnkill is not eligible for a refund on the basis that he mistook the account's name for another.

2) Primordial boots
The primordial boots went missing while both chuckle and kutnkill had access to the account. As there is no evidence either way, we are unable to pin responsibility on either party.

3) Powerlevelling Order
The order is separate from other issues and therefore is still subject to chuckle's TOS. As I understand it, chuckle returned your expensive gear and is now performing the order with low-cost gear. The primordials are the only things that have gone "missing," with no proof either way, and that's not enough reason to warrant the order is stopped. Therefore I believe the order should carry on as ordered.

In conclusion: the account transaction is valid. We cannot substantiate who is responsible for the missing primordial boots. The powerlevelling order transaction is still valid and remains active.

Kutnkill, I'm sure you have something to respond to this, please however only do so if you have more evidence to add or you may appeal this decision to an upper staff member.
