Does any one have a free runescape account?

Please a recently lost my runescape account (p r t paul...) I was in 100's but now its gone i put like 3 years of my life intoo that account had over 91m toltal... The account given doesint have to be in the 100's or have 91m, just need a account with a decent amout of money and lvls so please help a friend out. I dont know how this would help but I would give u a tutorial and a good base to make a private server with all items, and stats working perfectly. Once again I'll be very greatfull to who ever sends me one. I have no more to say (I wish i did.) so I leave with hope for a great soul to pass down a account to a friend in need.
