Joe Watts Banned - Appeal To Remove Ban

Dear Sythe,

My account was banned for accusations of scamming Holy Cherrys via bank fraud. Which was unfair and incorrect. I made no attempt to reclaim funds from Cherrys. I was working with a fraudster Anthony Heaton his ID has been confirmed and linked to allot of crimes. His actions got my personal bank account frozen with an inhibit.

My bank automatically questioned the payments to Cherrys from what I understand. I PERSONALLY MADE NO ATTEMPT TO RECLAIM ANY FUNDS FROM HOLY CHERRYS.

I admit, I did also consciously take Adrian new sythe member for 350M via Paypal.
But put yourself in my shoes for a moment, this wasn't a scam quit.

I was anti-scammed by HNC and ganged up on for something I didn't do, when Adrian asked me for 350m at the time of my ban I was in two minds, either this is another false anti-scam and he is also in on it or he is a random sythe user.

Either way I took his money and held it the same way you guys took mine. Which was the wrong thing to do on my behalf and yours in my opinion.

After a few days I spoke with HNC and told him I was wrongly banned, he told me to speak to Cherrys and clean up this mess so everyone can have there stuff back.

I spoke to Cherrys and came to a mutual understanding. He explained what had happened clearly which made sense.

Upon realising it was a fraudster causing all of this grief and not Sythe members I refunded Adrians 350M OSRS gold instantly, which I didn't have to but knew it was the right thing, I also told him to keep the 30M which was anti-scammed from me as a bonus and apology.

I'm asking to re-join the sythe community and have my account reinstated.

Before I conclude this can you provide proof of returning the funds to him?

Due i can’t post under the original thread and king won’t answer to PM I’ll make this one to confirm that Joe payed me the 350m out. Also he told me to keep the 30m from H N C anti scam. H N C agreed with that .

Very careless imo.

I somewhat understand how it looks from your POV. You were innocent, however you couldn't control that at the time (technically you could of if you weren't careless with the people you traded / involved with), which led to fraud that led to holy cherrys losing his money. I get that there was a miscommunication, but at the end of the day this all falls onto your poor trading practices. With all that being said that gives you no permission what so ever to scam another innocent victim out of his money. I understand that you did make a refund, but you "holding" his money (which you had no permission to) when he clearly wanted payment is scamming, no matter how you put it. I'm glad you refunded the money, and compensated him extra, however you'll have to pardon if you wish to rejoin the community.
