Making Whole New Forums! Where I Begin?

I was wondering I am going to setup a new forums for Rs Cheating etc. I was interested if anyone wanted to help me create one

Are you looking for a place that will create your forum like invisionfree? Or one that you plan on installing on your own host?

Already have a few members just need more people and people to advertise the fourms

I suggest SimpleMachines; it's what I'm using over at HackTalk.

 

http://www.wampserver.com/en/ - Get wampserver as it comes with PHP MySQL and phpmyAdmin.

Once you have done that here are a few forum sources:

http://www.vbulletin.com/ - vBulletin (Like sythe)
http://www.invisionpower.com/community/board/ - Invision board
http://www.simplemachines.org/ - Simple machines (Free)
http://www.phpbb.com/ - phpbb (Free)

Now just open up phpmyadmin in wampserver and make a database called forums. There you go.
