Luxurys Ban Appeal

~ Requesting any other Staff/Moderator apart from @Chloe to review this under her personal request ~​

Ban Reason 1: Accusation with absolutely no evidence.
Ban Reason 2: Not replying to report thread which i didn't see until such time has passed - thread created @ Approx 1 Am - Banned 14 hours later whilst i was at work.

My Attempts at resolving this:



~ Chloe Repetitively claiming i linked him my livechat then further removed this message. ~
( Accusation ) - This was never claimed by the accuser only by @Chloe

This was her reason she was adamant i had scammed this user.

Onto the physical report, You have been banned for the following reason: Luxurys

The user came between livechat and discord and blatantly accused me. Then he made a false report claiming we scammed him, He had made accusations via discord before linking me a Sythe report, furthermore coming on my livechat minutes after creating the report claiming i was in debt to him. I had no IP matches previously with the user or other previous chats, nor had anybody accessed my livechat between the time he messaged my Discord & the Time of the Sythe Report.

Chloe wrongfully banned us saying we deleted stuff from the chat when we did not.
Also, not claiming that isnt my Discord (As it is), but in the report the accuser has not even taken proof of my discord tag nor any other evidence or prior contact. Nice job Chloe.

It took you over 48 hours to reply since the report was created, that looked extremely sketchy.
