2 step auth no longer have phone

Looking to get back into my account "Nan" I no longer have access to the phone that I put 2 step auth on

That ISP is incorrect, could it be another ISP that you're with? Could you also please tell me what state/town you're posting from & what state/town Nan has posted from?

Do you still have this account (Looking to trade/sell lvl 106 Main) are you able to write into the chatbox (which stats showing) that you're posting this thread on the 12/01/2018?

Also one last request, are you able to screenshot the original Welcome to Sythe email that you received when you joined Sythe, it would be in the email you used to sign up to Sythe with.

 

Those ISPs are still incorrect.

Are you able to provide any other information? Do you have your 2fa back up code?

 

There is no possible way both of them are incorrect, I've only ever had three ISP, If I had a code or anything I'd be able to get into the account I no longer have it. My current is Charter I've also had AT&T and Comcast.. So I guess my account is gone forever then seeing as Sythe knows more about my account than I do.

 

Yes unfortunately without some more information we won't be able to remove your 2fa as those ISPs are incorrect.

 

yeah give up with this support lmfao gave you every known possible thing i could give but dont believe me i stated i can log into one of the accs i was selling before but guess thats not enough only so many isp where i live you have wrong info

 

We are able to see the exact IP that was used to post/log in to the account, this information is not incorrect. I'm sorry but one screenshot of an account isn't enough to recover a Sythe account.

 

Realising sythe is retarded lol, I know my ISP's and where my stuff was created. Guess I'll move to a better site with better support.
