My sythe account has been compromised

Someone has hacked into my sythe account user: (yesa2)

They changed the account password and email address. Please help me recover this account. I have the emails to prove this info was changed including the hackers IP and email address. I will be monitoring this thread awaiting your reply. Thank you.

 

Hello, I am the owner of the account: Yesa2

Someone got into my account, changed my password and the registered email address. I have proof of this from the confirmation messages sent to my email. After searching for my profile, I see the account is now banned.

I have never downloaded or installed programs that are skeptical and I'm confident this password which I had used since 2007 was probably stolen from some hacked database. All of my other accounts and personal information on various websites that I have checked are safe and secured.

Please un ban this account and return it to me, it's rightful owner. I don't know why my initial thread was not posted. I could do with less headaches starting this New Year. Thank you.

Or give us info such as, previous emails, a screenshot of the email you received when you first joined Sythe, your original home IP and internet provider, and other IPs that you've logged in to the account from.

I've tried logging into my account but it keeps asking for the 2FA verification code generated by the app on my phone. I don't have a phone nor did I ever apply to have this set up on my account. Because of this, I can't get back into my account.

 

I have let Charlotte know that you've posted from your home IP requesting your 2FA to be removed, she will post here as soon as it's removed.
