Don't women and girls wear tight jeans?

(I don't mean to stereotype, just wondering)

i dont think all skaters wear tight jeans, i didnt at least, I think there are 2 dif genres of skaters, the skaters who listen to punkrock (tight jeans) and the skaters who prefer rap (gangsta jeans). Doesnt really matter what you wear, just wear what you like and what feels comfortable. I personally dont like tight jeans cuz they hurt my nuts

I skateboard, but I don't listen to punk rock or rap. I tend to wear loose fitting jeans, but not baggy, but not tight either.

 

Don't worry about what others will think about them.
Would you rather be the same as everybody else?

A decent belt always goes down well with skinny jeans.

Well gangster style in my school is hard...each day the basketball coach/p.e./health teacher if he sees you wearing baggy jeans or sagging have to give him 180 push ups and if you don't he puts a string all around your pants and then gives you a pmd after school for four times...And as I'm wearing these tight jeans now..I might have a bigger ass than some girls at school lol.

With tight jeans, it doesn't sound like you are a real skater. Any real skater knows you need at least loose fit jeans to pull off decent moves, and if you want to do some crazy stuff, you can't wear anything but loose fit, because if the board gets caught on your baggy pants, your going to be taking the board in the nuts. Don't wear tight jeans if you plan to actually board, but don't throw away the jeans just because some kid tells you not to wear them. Do what you want to do, because you want to do it. Loose fitting jeans aren't gangster, tight fitting jeans are a product of emo culture, though...

Edit: If your under 15, odds are you don't know how your trends became popular today, but I'm 20 now, and I remember quite distinctly how things are the way they are. People my age look at a kid in tight jeans, regardless of age, and think they are literally a punk, with a bitch attitude. If you stick with a moderate style, you'll be able to live it into the next few years, when the emo culture moves back out. (Don't get pissed, I'm being honest about fashion >_>)

 

I don't like the really tight jeans. "It looks like a whole bunch of people crammed into a van", but I do like them a little slim. Yes, the large "gangsta" jeans that you could put a VHS tape in each pocket has indeed gone out of style. I still like mine a little baggy, not skin tight, but they are way way more slimmer now from when I used to buy them really large and wide.

You should wear what you want you shouldn't wear what other people are wearing just to fit in. Heck being a skater is about having your own style so if skaters bag on you then they probably can't skate.

Screw what other people think! No matter what you wear some people will dislike your clothes because everyone is different and has different tastes. Just wear them loud and proud!
