Two Factor Authentication removal

Dear sir/madame,

Recently my phone broke and I had to replace it with a new one. As you can imagine I don't have access to my account anymore because i had a 2FA set, and no longer have access to the 2FA codes. Therefore I would like you to remove the 2FA, so I can access my account again.

This is al the information I could come up with at the moment. I'm a $50 donator, but can't remember if I donated with Paypal or another payment method. I can't seem to find the transaction in my PP transaction history though. I hope you will handle this case quickly. Thank you.

As you've posted your 2FA back-up code below, you're able to use this as a master key when logging in. When it prompts you to enter in your 2FA you are able to use that to access your account.
