cant get on (got on yeseterday)

for some reason i cant get onto irc and its saying i timed out this is specifically what it said:

could someone help me o.o


oh and i am using the eliteswitch client i did try mirc and it didnt work either.

lol no it doesnt i dont know why its not working.

i think im gunna restart the comp and see if thats the prob =\ (vista is a piece of shit)




oh and i can log onto a different server.
also i can log in using a webclient
