I shall never buy dell again

Ok so i found out today that i should of gotten a more expensive video card that i payed for when i bought my computer..

come to find out today, i never got it, i got a cheaper version of it.

So i asked a dell rep about it today, he said that i did have it. So i go great!

Then i find out that i really dont and confront another rep, they say that i never ordered it


i mean come on, you have 2 people telling a story.

Next time im buying a Mac.

it's your fault you did it wrong. you really should tell them i have **top of the line video card here** and it is'nt working.

 

You are the reason that there are thiefs, cons and the mob in the world. You have to lie to get your way. Good luck in life and i hope you get caught in a lie and get a sentence.

 

Obviously you made a mistake when ordering and you feel, as the customer, that you should have known you were getting a cheap imitation of the video card you wanted. This is normal, just do your research before ordering next time.

Or just build your own computer. Generally, any time you purchase a prebuilt PC it's a rip off. They have to make profit somehow. If you purchased the parts and put it together yourself, you would save a significant amount.

 

I agree with andrew completely. Building your own comp is so much cheaper its fun, easy and the comp you make tends to be better then something that you would buy in a store because you can customize it to your needs

edit: Also dell as a company in general tends to suck a fat one so i suggest you go with something like hp.

 

I bought a personal acer, (No ones probably heard of it) and i have to say this comp works better then a mac with 200 dollers cheaper =)). Of course the service was great and i didnt have to order anything like you did.

 

dell isnt the only pc out there, get alienware, it owns stupid macs. There are like, what, 3 games on a mac?

 

well when i get another job and save up some money ill be looking to andrew to help me rebuild a computer

Lol but what games are you going to play on a mac? Even with boot camp a lot of games don't run right and there isn't a lot of graphic cards that are top of the line for macs.

 

Or make friends who know how to build.

Lol by the way dell is the distrubutor of alienware >.< Just letting a known fact to be known...

Also, as many people stated before, just build your own pc man. Go buy a book for 20-30 dollars(Take a good 6 hours of spare time to read) and save ur self from being ripped off by other companies... Beleive me you will save a great amount of money, and also you will know what your working with as well as upgrading your computer and so forth on ur own without no ones help

People need to learn that quality is better then quantity. You can have some fuck ranting on about 750GB hard drives and 8800GTS's, but when it comes down to it it's just like rooting Sarah Davies, sure you cop good head, but the sex with Jennifer Hawkins would be so much more amazing.
