Hate to poop your pants, but I am posting this only because it no longer works. There are still many people trying to sell this exact guide, and have gotten it verified by conceptually by mods, but it no longer works.

What was needed:
Access to GE
An Item in GE with no market
Person A: Enough money to buy that item
Person B: Same as person A.

Examples of items with no market: certain barrows (0) items, guilded items, items with certain charges... black mask (8) for example.

You are trying to transfer money from Person A to Person B. Person A buy item max price to Person B. Person B buy item back minimum from Person A. Repeat until neccessary funds are transferred.

FAQ.

Why doesn't it work?
Jagex has somehow updated GE so that you can no longer repetetiively sell back and forth using the GE system. I am still investigating the details on this. Yes, you can still transfer 10% of the money once, or like once every few hours, but that really doesn't amount to much. After one single transaction, even if Person A and Person B put up the exact same price, neither person will have their G.E. transactions completed. This may explain why the GE has been glitchy at times.

Why does it require items that had no market?
The GE system automatically tries to give the buyer/seller the best price. Meaning if the seller sells at the middle for example, and there is already a buyer buying max in the GE, the seller will get the max price. Conceptually, this means that the item you use must have no market to be useable.


Why did you bother posting this?
I'm just sick of people thinking they came up with a brilliant idea, in which this is, but it doesn't work. I still have some idea of my own, but THIS particular method no longer works.

You are trying to transfer money from Person A to Person B.

1. Person A buys the item max price as Person B sells the item Max price in GE.
2. Person B buys back the item minimum price from Person A.
3. Repeat until neccessary funds are transferred.

 

This is very interesting, however it is random.
This is known to work, especially in the case of the black masks

 

Lol wow interesting lol... would of never thought of this. Okay so what you are saying that items that arent on the market cant be sold and baught because??? Im sure if there is an item that is not being traded on the market why wouldnt it work if it isnt on the market?? well anywayz i dont understand the concept fully but i think im on the right tracks... >.<

This method was very imprecise and risky even when it worked. Not worth the trouble, just risk it and use BH.

It was really neither of those... more impractical than anything....

if you don't understand why you need an item with no market.. try it on a small scale with a very common item... hard to explain but easy to understand.
