Two Factor Authentication

I've accidentally lock myself out of my account (Mobz)

I've upgraded my phone and the new authentication app does not find Sythe.

If the Two Factor Authentication could be removed that would be much appreciated. I can provide account details if required.

Hey @Mobz1, in order to have your 2FA removed you'd have to post here: Account Recovery & Creation.

Follow this sticky prior to posting: 2FA Removal Process. Keep in mind all sensitive information will be edited out before it's approved (in-case you were worried about that). Hope that helps, and best of luck.
