Falsley banned

I woke up this morning to a ban message stating Possibly Hacked; This is untrue, as I've just moved to a new property; Your also welcome to verify with my email address that I have linked onto that account, I have full access to this email.

I've placed my name as: iQuiet Gaming; Because when I place it as iQuiet, it says its in use and for me to put another unique username.

It states to post a recovery with home IP. When I type in google what is my IP.
The following comes up. [removed]

However, this link still comes up with the error message stating I've been banned, and also it doesn't allow me to log out.

Your new home IP isn't what caused us to believe you are/were hacked. Your account was accessed from an IP with a high volume list of hacked accounts. This could be a simple breach in security. The link is also a mod-only forum for our own reference, so don't worry about that.

What is the email connected to your account? (It doesn't look to have been changed by the hacker.)

Also looks like you accessed your account out-of-country in the middle of November. If this was you, where was this?

The email account linked to my account should be: [removed] (which is my spam/gaming account). If this is not the case, let me know as I will list out my other Emails which include personal, work and university which I may have registered under; the Account was made in 2013, so it was a while ago, and I log in via Username not email.

Again: My username is: iQuiet

I have not logged in onto sythe during November, I have also not been overseas during that period, so that defeinitely could be a breach of account.

I will have my Email account password changed, alongside my sythe password as well for security purpose.

Please let me know how to proceed.

This should be the same IP. I have not changed since I was last on sythe, the computer I'm using is the same since 11th December 2017. This is when I've moved to the new property.

Nope, I've been in (removed) this whole time, from me posting, I may possibly have posted from my PC majority of the time. Maybe at my girlfriend's place or mobile.
But otherwise no.

Can we please speed this process up? It's almost been 1 month, and My account is still banned, and I'm unable to trade via the website.

I have not been outside of this country, or even to another state.

 

Up until this post: Falsley banned you've been posting from IPs connected directly to your account - something must have changed. Try to post on Sythe from a home/computer used before while you've been logged into your account so that there is a direct match. The only reason this is worrisome is that you were matching at the beginning/during the recovery until a certain point, and now you aren't. It is for your own account security.

 

It's not possible for me to post on a computer from the previous place, as I no longer reside there.

I moved properties on the 11th of December 2017. Ever since then I've posted via this PC.
Although during this period I have tethered my phone to use as internet as on/off we've been trying to connect the Internet to the property.

I've also had a CCTV System installed during this time as well.

These are the only things that I can think of during this process.

It is impossible for me to post from the previous place, as again I DO NOT live there, and have no access to that place.

The last few posts have been you requesting the same thing, that I'm telling you I cant give because I no longer live there..

What else do you require so we can proceed? This issue has dragged out way too long, I still have full access to the emails I have registered with my account. What else do you want?

 

You say you moved on the 11th, yet this recovery started on the 31st, and you have at most points until I stated that you were posting away from a match, been posting from a previous IP connected to your account.

This is being dragged out because there is a red flag now - there is nothing I can do about that besides continue to advise you. I know you said you moved, but that isn't why your IP has changed, because this entire recovery is after you have moved. You mentioned your gf's place - perhaps there is a match there to your account. Wherever you originally posted your recovery from and a few posts after that is where you should be posting from now.

Are you talking about this IP address? This is my work PC, to which I'm not always at; available with.

Better stay with the IP from the last few posts which is my personal Home address..

To this avail; can you please kindly unban my account, and lets say for arguments sake that, I left this job and could never return to my PC as I no longer work here, what would happen to my account, and how would I then be able to unlock it?
