Apparently this was fixed recently, but I heard there was still a way to do it.

 

I' heard off someone dying with barrows then Telly grabing it, Made you able to leave. But im not sure.

 

Bull, you didn't figure this out. It's been out ever since Bounty Hunter came, and was fixed shortly after.
