Did you ask them in livechat about their $1.10? It might be $1.10 via BTC and not order methods.
Also, we're not responsible for their stock levels on their website, as long as they don't bump their threads on Sythe while having no stock.

Just so were clear about this - I have people come to my site and order 5m OSRS @ $1.12/m and then claim the 1m bonus for vouching.

that's 6m 07 for $5.60 which if my maths right is $0.93/m - These reports will never, ever, EVER be valid on me because I can ALWAYS prove we sold at that price.

I've told video this and multiple other staff and its been accepted - We list a price that u can obtain as a courtesy to the consumer - Not as something u should get pissy about and take advantage of trying to report me over my good will.
