Ilgasas scammer

Hello, I found a thread of a guy called Ilgasas selling pkhonor gold and i contacted him.
SElling PKHONOR GOLD 250b+!!!!!!! STOCK
As soon as i gave him the money on oldschool runescape (30m) to Ilgasas I asked for hes name on PKhonor to transfer the money from hes account to mine. But then he start staying hes account got banned and such.

after this he ignored me on skype.
I would like to have this guy banned..

And update this report with uncropped screenshots (the full skype window) and a screenshot of his skype profile ID with the conversation in the background.
