Nemoboi unban appeal v2

Last year i refunded a 7$ payment from @Hsurabs Gold , I got banned offsite for it months later and found it out just then. but because Hsurabs was inactive at that time i wasnt able to refund him. I heard that after a few months it can go towards community repayment. So if hsurabs is still inactive I'd like to settle my debt that way. I understand i may not take place in the sythe market again for my actions, and i am sorry for the chargeback. i was young and stupid and i want to fix my actions.
