ahk vs mouse keys

So I keep seeing mixed oppinions about this stuff, windows mouse keys seem to be more complicated to set up and use vs ahk.

I used to use AHK all the time, and since them saying it's not allowed i haven't used it, but obviously high profile players on the top page are still using AHK..

I recently have started a new account and really want to use AHK or something to make skilling easier, and honestly just more fun, not having to drag my mouse around.

Just curious as to what you all use, why, and if i should risk using AHK at all, or mess around with WMK and deal with it

 

I'm pretty sure you're safe using Windows Mouse keys, as I think they said in the blog it was allowed. AHK was getting out of hand with people making scripts to automize stuff for them, they took a good feature and used it for the wrong, although, if you use it on a 1:1 basis like auto alching or something it'll be very hard for them to catch you. Personally never had the use of AHK on a account, nor botted with it (people make scripts out of em), I personally used Rune-Mate and got 99 strength doing 5 hours a day and no ban, so might wanna just look into a bot.

 

I still use ahk rcing and Ive still not received any bans.

 

AHK simply because you can do so much more with it

 

But..but daddy Jagex has said that it's illegal.

And many people use autoclickers without being banned, so .. yeah

 

mm... Simple autoclicker clicking on a random interval between 15-20 minutes for example is bit different than some complicated ahk script that makes you bank in 4 ticks. But yeah, that is just me assuming what rings a bell on jagex office.
