What are some good domain hosting sites?

What are some good, cheap, NON-SCAMMING domain hosting sites? I need a domain for my site but there are so many to choose from, and some may be scammers.

Well actually its a forum (www.reptileregion.forum-motion.com) and I want the domain to be www.reptileregion.org

 

1 and 1 is the absolute best value for your money. And I just registered reptileregion.com, reptileregion.org, and reptileregion.net. I'll sell those domains to you for $50 which is the cheapest you can get anywhere since I'm the only one with those domains.

Just kidding you'd have to be a big asshole to do that. It's really like $6 a year for just domain hosting but I'm guessing you'll want some other features. You can get hosting starting at $2.00 a month with a free domain for the first 3 months then 4 dollars a month afterwords.

Godaddy is also good but you'll have to pay for a year in advance to get comparable rate since they offer a bit less bandwith and storage space/features.
