First EVER Job Interview..

well if u really want to work here just get properly dressed and act normal and tell all the truth in the answers (unless u got an habit on rub ur balls frequently) lol jk

If you get a job there, you generally start working in the kitchens. It's not a pleasant place there.

Aren't there any jobs at the local supermarket? They are far better.

For advice, think of some questions to ask the person who's going to interview you. It will help you a lot to get the job.

Just bs all the questions

 

Just follow these steps

- Dress well, make sure to iron the shirt and pants. Dress formally
- Hand shake, be firm. Look in there eyes.
- When speaking sit on edge of the chair or sit back and lean forward. Look in to their eyes. If can't keep up then look at your hands (I will tell you why)
- When speaking, use hand gestures. This will make you relaxed and will give you time and you can look at your hand gesture as an alternative.
- Smile but don't laugh for any jokes.
- Base your answers on TRUST, RESPONSIBILITY & COMPANY REPUTATION (research on company policies towards customers & food types, talk about your favorite food, why you like Mac Donald's...because you like their customer service & food and you would love to be part of the team)
- When interview is finished say "I am looking forward to working with your company and you" When at home, write an email thanking them and say you would love an opportunity to work there.
- When answering questions, refer to your resume. If you put as you are responsible..then when a question comes up about it say "as I said in my resume, I am responsible, punctual...etc" This will make them believe in your resume.
- If a question is tough then say it..."wow thats a tough question" being honest pays and it also makes them give you time while you think out an answer.

Now the big point: You will get hired 95% regardless of what because its MacDonalds...my tips go well for big companies

 

act normal? most jobs for teens are pretty slack and won't look for every little detail.
