Guide on doing 1 def no pray fire cape?

I want to attempt to do a no pray fire cape on my own but i don't know of a good guide/what to do as it'll be my first ever one, if someone could give me a guide to look at/watch that would be helpful. Thanks

No chance there are only few people around the world knowing how to do them for a reason, you can try level of difficulty by going to caves and losing few thousands sweets before you menage to get to wave 32

From what I know, no, there are no current guides. Just know its time consuming, involves tick eating and one mistake and boom, you're done.

 

You dont even need to make mistake, jagex servers are big enough mistake to guarrante you fail

 

This. Why would Zuzel give out his source of income? It's not as easy as tick eating and knowing spawn rotations. Trust me, I've tried, and I've done nearly 1k regular capes being as low as 40 cb.
