Low level main training, where to bot?

I have a premium combat script - however I don't really know where to bot ATM. I'm looking for an area where there are not many users so the common areas are a no. I trained using some zombies in Draynor Village for a while and now in Stronghold security.

I'm not super familiar with this - but just looking for some monsters with decent HP and low attack so I can last a while on an inventory of food. (Full rune for armour, rune scim etc)

40-57-40 are stats so I should be fine to combat most low level monsters.

Where should I bot/what should I kill?

 

Varrock sewers are pretty empty, that's where I train combat on my bots, or the wildy lava maze

 

I botted my main on jogres in karamja jungle (those near shilo). I used bones to peaches to heal so i almost never left.

 

Could do those spiders on the island after completing "rum deal", experiments, and possibly jogres or even skeles down in the sewers.
