What the fuck Jagex ( not about updates )

Yesterday I had 4 days of membership left and I was planning to retire today by canceling my membership...but I logged in today and they fucking recharged my account for a new month of membership! What should I do? I want to get rid of this current membership they just charged me for and get refunded.

 

they clearly say they never give refunds. But, maybe with a billing error....just send a message or something

That's bullshit they clearly say in their credit card subscription FAQ, that they charge every MONTH. Not 4 days before their supposed to.

 

U have to make it so that thers no rebilling plan or they rebill ;S so make sure u do that next time and cancel it i guess

 

Aha fuck that there isn't going to be a next time. The reason I wanted to cancel is because I'm retiring.

well when it hits 3 days then it auto tops you up 1 month ..

He knew that the payment was taken earlier which is why he refunded me...

they charge for the new membership just 3 days before the last membership ends u should be aware of that the next time u pay for membership

 

Funny to see Jagex try to hide something as small and dumb as that on their own site. They simply could of said, you have been refunded and left it at that.

Looks like billing queries, if legit questions actually always, or almost always get human responses. No automated cheese puffs.
