Commission Staking FC on RS3 : Elite Ranks (Now:Elite Champs)

Issue : I was scammed by a host in the FC Elite Champs previously known as Elite Ranks. The Fc states that they will refund bettors if the host scams or gaps while Staking. A host in their FC scammed out (info given by an admin) and The owners insisted that I get proof if I want a refund. I am a bettor and I wouldn’t take screenshots of every trade I do with the Hosts however the FC’s hosts themselves helped me get proof after which I was refused a refund.

1) why did you not bring this up upon the first 250m scam and instead waited until much more was taken?
2) you were aware of the hosts max bet why did you bet x4 their max.
3) our policy is to refund in the event of a scam the max bet a host can take if they scam that amount or over as you were a host before you were obviously aware of that.
4) You have been betting and previously hosting in this fc for over a year you are fully aware of the rules, if we were to pay 1.5b anyone could buy a rank and break multiple rules then expect a payout, if we needed to pay this then what would stop someone from buying the lowest rank having a friend bet 5b x10 times then expecting 50b in return too, its the same situation.

 

To answer ur questions again:

1) I wasn't aware of the scam until ur host pmed me about it (already sent u the ss of this when we spoke) If I knew he was scamming out I wouldn't bet in the 1st place. The fact that u guys call urself trusted is that u stand assurance for ur hosts and that's why u rank them.

2) I already had lost 2x250m bets and so I doubled only after making sure ur host cf that he took permission that he can take more, even considering the max bet, y didn't I get my rf for max bet for that stake then? y the blunt refusal? even if u consider rf me 250m for the 1b I lost I would still appreciate that u guys keep up to ur word, but no, u just preferred paying back 500m instead of 1.5b and please let me tell u, its not about the cash, its about u guys not scamming the bettors no matter how much the bet/stake amount is.

3) Ofcourse I am aware of rules and that's y I came upto u guys, I was a host before so I know yes, and now one of ur highest bettors yet you guys refuse to Trust and Refund me my own cash even after ur other hosts helping me gather evidence. Ur own hosts helped me get info coz they all found it unfair and u being the owner cannot be fair with this situation.

4) That's why u have admins and a higher team of owners/mods to make sure ur hosts don't take advantage of their rank and don't scam the bettors who trust u. If u have an fc and u guys rank people up and call them trusted and don't want to stand responsible for the scams they do while hosting and live streaming, idk who else should be responsible?

 

You admint you knew the rules so I'm sure you are aware of the following:

rule 17.) In cases of a host scamming out, if the bet happens to be over the max bet of the host, they are only entitled to a refund of up to the host's maximum bet.

6.) Hosts may not go over their advertised max bet unless an Admin+ gives permission.

why did you choose to ignore these rules, while obviously knowing them and expect us to bail you out in the case of a scam, you were refunded 500m which you shouldnt even of been refunded the max you should be is 250m you claim that we should refund any amount that a host scams you also claim that you trust ranks because you trust us, you bought a rank you know the process ranks are bought if you can afford a rank and stream you can buy one we cannot background check all hosts or fcs would not even exist

 

U refused to pay the max pot on that 1B bet. What u rf me for were the bets u wanted to rf me for [The previous two bets that he called fake streaks for]. (Just the 500m)

Ur host himself said he took permission from the owner (you) and he said it in the fc, how am I to tell he is lying?, Maybe if an admin was online on rs, he could have confirmed or stopped him there and then.

 

You're an ex admin and you seem to have forgotten the rules? You know that we only refund the max bet a host can take if you were still here you would be on our side, but you switch your point of view to suit your new fc. Its pretty funny how you say you are disappointed in this report this was 20 minutes of hosting that we missed out on. Now lets compare that to the months of hosting a rank in your new discord had with stats that gave bettors lower odds. If you're not aware of what I'm on about a rank in pd the discord you are now in was hosting without 99hp defence or magic giving all bettors lower odds. So according to your logic the leader of your discord should refund all bets there correct?

what about the 3rd bet, which is another 250m?

 

The 500m was a mistake refunded by our admin as per our rules the refund should be 250m after this we expect 250m back 17.) In cases of a host scamming out, if the bet happens to be over the max bet of the host, they are only entitled to a refund of up to the host's maximum bet. As the bettor is an ex rank they 100% knew this rule any excuse otherwise is an attempt to get more money than they know is owed

sorry if im misunderstanding, but was it just the last bet that was scammed out, or all 3?

reading it, seems like the host just held all 3 bets and scam quit.

 

The owner says its a mistake by the admin when he himself asked the admin to refund the two pots, now is trying to blame the admin just to slip out of paying the 250m for the 3rd pot that was scammed. I have proof and will be happy to provide the same if needed @Island

 

I understand you were scammed for 3 pots. What im trying to figure out here is why they aren't insuring the 3rd pot as stated in their own rules.

 

If u see the video the host scammed all along and it wasn't just me, he scammed two others as per the stream I attached as proof, so all the bets he took while hosting as a rank in the fc were all scams. So yes he held on to all of the 3 bet amounts from me as well as other bettors until another host questioned him and then he went offline.

 

All 3 bets were scammed, we provide streams and allow bettors to watch they can tell us if they see anything suspicious, unfortunately we cannot watch every hosts stream all the time. You ask why we would not refund 3 pots its simple because anyone could bet a max bet for example bet 1b the hosts says they lost bet again they say they lost again and so on this can possibly result in an infinate amount of gp being taken and this can be done in a short time.
meaning if we were not to monitor the streams for 20 minutes a person with a 1b max bet could easily scam 20-50b or fake they were scammed.
I also find it extremely unlikely that you were not watching the host at the time the majority of people will watch and see first hand how the stake plays out half of the fun of betting is watching the stake play out you dont put money on a roullete wheel turn around and ask if you won or not.

Here he agreed on all the pots being scammed...glad he understood and accepted...as a commission staking fc I am sure he understands that he needs to have responsible admins/mods who monitor the hosts. Just like he said he cannot watch everyones stream at all times, similarly there were so many hosts open and as a bettor I am not expected to keep 10xstreams open too. Hosts don't go in one at a time. They go in for matches as and when they can. Its difficult to keep track of all bets too. I trust the FC and that's y I am watching FC chats and believing the hosts since that's the service they provide. Whats funniest is now that I managed to provide proof to them (which was provided by their own hosts), they are throwing other questions which I already answered, while I spent 6-8 hrs trying to get proof of me being scammed since they said they would rf only if it shows on calc or if I get proof of trade.Which commission staking FC would ask a bettor for a trade screenshot and say if u show the trade screenshot I will rf.Why beat around the bush in the 1st place? Again does this mean that every bettor needs to take a screenshot each time he/she bets on a host coz who knows if they scam out, fc will make the bettor prove it. doesn't make sense, does it?

 

Okay I would just like to add after a VC with our admin and talk with Island I was supposed to add that host was never given permission to take anything over.
