I don't have members accounts or the resources to test them but both of his methods should work. They do HOWEVER require several mills (3-6m) on both accounts involved in the transaction. Also, method 1 will not work every time and method 2 can take quite some time.

I can't endorse anyone to pay 10-15$ for this even though it works as they would feel ripped off. If you have some transfers you need to do or you really want to know the methods I think 3-6$ or 1-2m in rs cash is quite reasonable. Sorry it's not exactly what you wanted to hear and best of luck selling.

EDIT: You also said you don't need members which in fact you DO. Might want to clarify that.

The non-members method and one of the members' methods will not work all the time but work quite often and require 3-5m per account.

The second members method requires 3-5m per account also but is quite slow at times.
