Been imposter scammed 400m osrs

Hello I have been scammed by selimm and this middleman with many vouches Vouch!. I have paid the guy with all the vouches 400m total and he logged out and deleted me on discord. Please help as a person with many trades shouldnt he have some sort of penalty? Screenshot

Explanation of the trade: I was buying a name from selimm and ovidijus was the middleman
How they scammed: The evidence is below
Proof that it's their Skype: It was discord and the evidence is because i directly pmed his profile on sythe after having him on discord with me. and he replied to me directly from the same dm, that there is direct proof as he copied the discord chat.

Other relevant trade screenshots: I also let him log on my rs3 acc but i took that info off as that is sensitive info. I changed my password after he left the discord. and I knew i was scammed

I want to note this was me trying to buy a name for rsgp. but in the screenie the pm also shows the other guy trying to setup the trade, jack directly replied to me from the profile. Please help

 

although he wasnt a name dealer he had many vouches and this was my first time ever doing this please help i believed it would be trusted because he is a well known dealer. he even told me http://prntscr.com/hrwdc5. please how can you let a dealer like that go without punishment

 

We do not provide MiddleManning services, and you were obviously scammed by imposter. The only way you can safely trade us is by adding us on skype (clicking on it in profile/topic) or by visiting live chat on our website. WE have nothing to do with that particular scam, messages were copy+pasted to your inbox so we're not responsible for the fact you didn't check if they do match with your conversation.

 

but you messaged me directly from the account, i pmed you directly from your profile page, so the only way you could have replied is if you were on the account yourself

 

I don't want to be harsh with you, but dude, read the message I've sent to you and compare it with your conversation. It's 100% different, so what are you talking about? Also we don't use Discord as you can see from our topics. We do not do any kind of trades besides old school runescape gold selling/buying, it's 100% obvious to anyone who would ever want to visit our profile.

 

he linked me to the vouch page, and i directly messaged the profile page he linked which is the same. Any syth mod can log into my account and see themself that was the account i messaged. whether he copy and pasted is irrelavant because i posted directlt to his profile page, so only someone with real access can send a direct message from there correct?

I'm not sure what the hell are you trying to prove here to be honest. But since you're playing dumb, here's evidence from my side (yes, yes, actual screenshots, not some copy+paste stuff you call "screenies")

You spoke to an impostor through a man in the middle scam. What they did is impostor the person you were trying to trade with. Once you asked for a PM, they went to @Ovidijus00 website and linked your profile pretending you be you and asked Ovidijus to PM you. Once sent, the impostor hoped you wouldn't realize and then proceeded. It's imperative when you get a PM to read it thoroughly and make sure the contents of the PM match EXACTLY, because even though you got a PM you still might not be talking to the actual person. You need to be very careful when trading online. Double check everything

It's simple: The guy who scammed you, came to our live chat and asked us to PM you. Since you PM'ed us in meantime, we only had to reply. To make sure nobody gets scammed, we ALWAYS copy the whole conversation, but unfortunately, you did not double-check it to make sure you're safe.
Dunworry has explained everything else.

 

I guess i got scammed by an impostor, didnt mean to blame you man i dont know about live chat and all that, the name selling thing is too complicated so i think i will just avoid it in the future

 

Just make sure you double check everything before any kind of a trade. Use only confirmed methods to get in touch with that person (whatever it's in their topic: skype/livechat/discord etc...).

People always try to impersonate reputable users, and as I said you just need to be wary of these things to prevent them from re-occurring in the future. In the PM that you received from @Ovidijus00 it even stated that you're a visitor, and the chat logs didn't line up at all.
