where to find macroers?

Hello, i am new to sythe.org and I am starting my first thread about where to find and report macroers. I want to get revenge on these people who made runescape less fun then it was before(also took away my sweet luring )
now, to the point. Does anyone know where macroers still go to train accounts and make cash on them? I might be looking to become a mod also.

thing is i looked in all of those places already and they are deserted.....i know they wont get banned i just wanna be a mod and maybe help the game at the same time.
