What stats/equipment for fire cape?

What should I train/to what level to get a fire cape?
Also what equipment? I do not have much money

 

I think all you're missing is 65+ range and then you should be set to make a fair run at it.

There's a good guide already on these forums here and if you have any questions/concerns I'm sure he'd help you out.

some friends told me i could but then again maybe they were just being nice, lol. thanks for the advice in advance. oh and btw gl with your cape too.

edit: money is not really a problem i got a santa+full d and other items and i still got like 1.2m.
