    It passed by the FCC but can't congress still repeal it? Same thing has happened for a few years afaik

    Net Neutrality controversy is back

    N.N. is corporate welfare, so that the ones using the majority of bandwidth like Facebook or YouTube don't have to pay their fair share for the amount of bandwidth they use.
